Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is placed, we start preparing it straight away. Below you'll find the most important information about shipping, delivery times and tracking.

Where we ship

  • We currently ship to EU countries (excluding Cyprus) and the United Kingdom.
  • If you need delivery to another country or territory, please contact us at hello@maluashop.com.

Processing time

  • We prepare and hand over orders within 24 hours on business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed by 12:00 CET are typically dispatched the same business day.
  • Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland (where the parcels ship from).

Shipping to other EU countries and the United Kingdom

  • Carriers: DHL, GLS, or DPD (selected per order based on destination).
  • EU countries (tracked): €9.90
  • United Kingdom (tracked, DDU): £9.90
  • Free shipping on orders over €200 (EU) or £200 (UK).
  • Delivery estimates: 1-5 business days (EU); 4-7 business days (UK).

In non-EUR currency countries, the €200 free-shipping threshold is converted to local currency using the FX rate on the day of purchase.

Shipping within Poland

  • Carriers: InPost Kurier (courier delivery to your address) or InPost Paczkomaty (delivery to a parcel locker you select after payment).
  • InPost Kurier: 20 PLN
  • InPost Paczkomaty: 14 PLN
  • Free shipping on orders over 500 PLN.
  • Delivery: typically 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Customs, VAT and duties

  • EU countries (including Poland): 23% Polish VAT is included in the price at checkout. No customs duties or extra clearance fees.
  • UK (DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid): UK VAT, duties and any clearance or handling fees are paid by the recipient to the carrier before delivery.

Tracking

  • All shipments are fully tracked.
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Shipping from

  • Orders ship from Poland (EU).

Address accuracy and delivery attempts

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. After dispatch, we may not be able to change it.
  • If the courier can't deliver, they will follow their local procedure (another attempt or a pickup point).
  • Undeliverable or returned parcels due to incorrect address, non-collection or refusal may incur re-shipping costs.

Remote areas and size limits

  • Some postcodes may incur a remote area surcharge or have size or weight restrictions.
  • If applicable, we'll contact you before shipping.

Damaged or lost parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery (or expected delivery).
  • Please include photos (if damaged) and your order number so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Packaging

We ship plastic-free: cardboard boxes, paper tape and tissue paper.
