Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. No reason needed.
To make the return quick and smooth, please follow the steps below.

Check the item before returning
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- in its original packaging,
- with all labels and tags still attached,
- unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
If you return the entire order and you received a free gift (give-away), please return the gift as well.

Fill out the return slip
Download the Malua return slip (PDF), write down the number of items you are returning, and place the slip inside the parcel.

Pack your return securely
Please pack the items carefully so they arrive in perfect condition. We recommend using the same packaging your order arrived in. Make sure the parcel is properly closed and sealed.

Send the parcel
Buy a return label from your local parcel service provider (we don't provide one) and send the parcel to the address below.

Keep your proof of postage
Keep the receipt until you receive confirmation from us that your parcel has arrived.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will check it. If the return is accepted, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used for the order.
Most refunds reach your account within 2-5 business days. Klarna refunds are handled via the Klarna app. In some cases, refunds can take up to 14 days, depending on your payment provider. If your return or complaint is rejected, we will contact you.
