Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it — no reason needed.
To make the return quick and smooth, please follow the steps below.
1) Check the item before returning
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- in its original packaging,
- with all labels/tags still attached,
- unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
If you return the entire order and you received a free gift (give-away), please return the gift as well.
2) Fill out the return slip
Write down the number of items you are returning and place the return slip inside the parcel.

3) Pack your return securely
Please pack the items carefully so they arrive in perfect condition. We recommend using the same packaging your order arrived in. Make sure the parcel is properly closed and sealed.
4) Send the parcel
Buy a return label from your local parcel service provider — we do not provide a return label. Then send the items back to us.

5) Keep your proof of postage
Keep the receipt until you receive confirmation from us that your parcel has arrived.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will check it. If the return is accepted, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used for the order.
Average refund time (by payment method):
- Credit card: 2–3 business days
- PayPal: 2–5 business days
- Google Pay: 2–5 business days
In some cases, refunds can take up to 14 days, depending on the payment provider. If your return or complaint is rejected, we will contact you.

FAQ
Do you refund shipping costs if I paid for delivery?
No. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Can I return sale items?
Yes. Sale items can also be returned and refunded.
How long does a refund take?
Up to 14 days. The refund goes back automatically to the payment method used. If you used a “pay later” option, you only pay for the items you keep.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. If you want a different item, please place a new order.
