Washing & Care
Washing & Care
- We recommend washing your linen before first use.
- Turn the piece inside out before washing.
- Wash in the machine at 40°C max, with a mild detergent. Skip bleach and fabric softener. Both damage linen fibres.
- Don’t overload the drum. Linen likes room to move during a wash.
- Hang to dry. Shake first to reduce creasing. Or tumble dry on a gentle cycle, stopping before fully dry.
- You can iron if you prefer a crisper finish, though you’ll lose the stonewashed, lived-in texture.

Because our linen is handmade in small batches from natural fibres, dimensions may vary by ±5% from those listed. Because we stonewash after sewing, our bedding is pre-shrunk and shouldn’t shrink further. Colour may vary slightly between batches, part of linen’s natural character.

We use only 100% flax linen, with yarn spun in certified European mills carrying the European Flax® / Masters of Linen® certification for fibre origin and yarn spinning. Every piece is then sewn, dyed, and stonewashed in Portugal for a softness you can feel from the very first night. Naturally sustainable, breathable, antibacterial, and thermoregulating. Our linen begins in European soil, grown from flax that requires no irrigation, no synthetic treatments, and leaves nothing to waste. From there, it’s woven, dyed, and finished in trusted Portuguese mills that honour both craft and ethical production. We don’t overproduce. We don’t cut corners. Instead, we make in small runs, focus on lasting quality, and ship directly from our warehouse in Poland, minimising waste, miles, and impact.
